Book City began trading in 1979, when the first company store was opened in Ballarat, Victoria. Stores since, have been progressively added, expanding the size of the franchise across the country.

Book City Echuca was opened in 1998, and the current owners, Kristine and Darryl, have been running the store since 2002.

The store became an ABC Centre in November 2006 and currently stocks a large range of ABC products.

Kristine and Darryl recieved the Book City Franchisee of the Year in 2003 and then again in 2006.

They employ three part-time staff, Susan, Sue and Renee. Together, the team work hard to provide you with the best service and quality possible.
